Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ailawyer.company («we», «the Service») handles your information.
1. Information we collect
- Chat content. Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed to generate responses and improve service quality. Do not include confidential case details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive data you would not share outside a privileged setting.
- Account and billing data. Email address and payment details if you purchase a subscription (payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies used for analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) and site functionality.
2. How we use information
To operate and improve the Service, provide AI responses, process payments, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
Data may be shared with AI model providers (to generate responses), payment processors, and analytics providers — each only to the extent needed to provide the Service, and under their own privacy safeguards.
4. Retention and your rights
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at privacy@ailawyer.company. Where GDPR/CCPA applies, you also have the right to object to processing and to data portability.
5. Cookies
You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working correctly.
6. Important notice
Conversations with the AI assistant are not protected by attorney-client privilege. The Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
